I went through three rounds of interviews. One with the HR hiring manager, the other with the VP, and the third one with the director and an analytics manager. All three rounds of interview went great and I felt like I was a good fit for the role. The VP including the director was very impressed with my skill sets, background and experience. The entire process took about a month and each interview took about 30 to 45 minutes. Unfortunately, after going through all the rounds of interviews I got an email from the hiring manager that they’re moving in a different direction and they’re not moving forward with my application. I really didn’t know why and was very disappointed. My only guess is that they hired an internal person.
