I was very disappointed with the way that this "interview" process went. I submitted my job application and then was reached out to by someone from the recruiting team to discuss my background. I responded promptly with my availability but never received any communication back. A couple of days later, I sent a follow-up email and still did not receive any correspondence. I expected some degree of professionalism from the recruiter especially since they had expressed interest in my application.
