The interview started with call from Recruiter and she send a assignment to complete with in a week, i found the recruiter little rude don't know may be she was having bad day. After completing assignment, i never got call from recruiter, every time i had to ask feedback i had to call her, first interview they canceled three time on last movement before taking it, it was worse interview experience ever for me still i tried to complete the process, though the interviewer were humble with a little inclined towards using sql, every solution i gave them using no sql the were very hard on those. they were happy with sql approach. overall very negative experience.

There is a gap between Hr and hiring team. Or I guess hr just scheduled interview to fullfill the count. I asked 40% hike from my current salary from hr at the beginning of interview. After two rounds one of manager said you will get only 25 to 30 percent. To be exact “25 to 30 percent is the market standard don’t expect anything” as if we don’t have any industry experience. And final numbers would be 11 percent. Also data science jobs would only be for IITians. Also they would make you solve all the use cases of data science even the role does not require it to be.

The whole process had three Interviews: -First round with the Reporting Manager, along with a short take home assignment -Second Round with the CPO, no questions on the take home assignment, questions around Product Thinking -Culture Fitment Round with the HR

Couple of technical rounds where your coding skills are tested. The interview was efficiently conducted and in time. The candidate is updated promptly basis his/her progress. The technical difficulty was medium-high based on the level of rounds you clear.

Resume screening followed by test (SQL coding + quant maths). Test is too long to be finished in one hour. First round of interview consists of basic sql or python questions and some brain teasers. This is followed by a data science assignment consisting of 3 questions. 2 questions are short note type and 3rd question deals with building a predictive model given a dataset. In the next interview round, the interviewer asks questions about the assignment and some brain teasers. In the final round, you meet with CRO and he asks about motivation to join the company. Focus is on convincing him that you are in for the long term. I had mentioned my expected CTC beforehand but they offered me 33% lower than my expectations. If they did not have the budget, they should not waste candidate's and interviewer's time with a lengthy selection procedure. I put in considerable time to do the data science assignment. The selection process was good but overall not a good experience since it proved to be a waste of time.

The interview process was good. The company's parent firm is in Japan and has a history of more than 50 years. It had come recently in India and has a startup culture here. CTO is an enthusiastic and young person. The interview process was long because they have a small team and the availability is tight. Even I was not available on few days so it took about 15 to 20 days. Interview process: 1. First round was a 30 mins discussion with the hiring manager. It was just an informative round telling you about the company an its domain and what it does. At the end he asks 2 3 general testing questions. 2. Second round was both on coding as well as testing. 1 hour long. 3. For 3rd round they gave an assignment to write test cases. 4. Fourth round was a discussion regarding the assignment. 5. Fifth round was again a hiring manager round. This time he took interview and asked questions from resume. technical question. 6. Sixth was a final discussion with CTO. He checks your mentality for joining the firm. Although it seems a lot of rounds each round was pretty chill. The interviewers were good.
