The interview was set up by the HR Director and conducted by the engineers. From the moment I joined the call, I could tell it was unorganized. The HR Director was not on the call, and it was just me and a room full of engineers. The engineers weren't sure if I had been in contact with the HR Director and asked me to wait while they figured things out. We did not begin the interview until about 10 minutes after the scheduled time. After the interview finished, the engineers said the HR director would reach out with the next steps. The HR director never reached out to me, and after following up four times with both the HR director and the engineers, no one got back to me. Apart from the unorganization, the actual interview was fairly standard. The engineers went through my resume and asked me genuine questions about my experience.
