Once the application is accepted and there is interest, a manager will call and speak with you briefly and schedule an in-person interview. Rather than going to a back office, my interview was conducted in the dining room at an empty table. I don't know if that is the norm, but it definitely made me feel a little exposed and nervous. There are typical interview questions asked and it only took about 15 minutes in total, and was offered the position immediately on the spot.

It’s very simple but you do have to stand out from other applicants you should be yourself. That’s all you should need when preparing answers. They also make sure you have a nice and solid handshake.
