Interview was in 3 parts. Two phone interviews and one on-site. I'm stationed at a client company, so I was not told where I was going to be physically working until the second interview. Fairly simple process, very easy going people. Didn't try to pull any tricks or anything, just your standard interview.

The interview process was rather lengthy but it was worth it in the end. I had 4 interviews over 4 months. The culture, benefits, and job role were all inline with what I was looking for. John Rohner, the Talent Acquisition Manager, kept me informed throughout the whole process and was a pleasure to work with.

I interviewed with a total of 9 people. It was lots of talking but was great to be able to meet the whole team. It was a very positive experience where I liked everybody that I met with.

One telephone screen interview. One in-person with the direct manager interview and two colleague interviews. Awesome team of individuals. Great leadership. Very personable and down to earth. The entire process was enjoyable and enlightening. I got a great feel for the team and company's culture.

I began working for CCC in September as a temporary employee in HR. Fell in love with the company and worked closely with CCC's talent acquisition manager to find a permanent position. I interviewed for several positions and I was impressed by the friendly and relaxed vibe at each and every one of them. It was clear that CCC was genuinely interested in getting to know me as a person and finding the right fit within the company.

I was first notified of the position through an acquaintance who works here. I interviewed for the Client Services Manager role, but ultimately was not offered that role. I was, however, advised of a temporary position in another group, and asked if I was interested in being considered for that role. I then met with people from that team and was offered that role. Fortunately, within six months, I was offered an opportunity to come onboard permanently in a Project Manager role.

The company contacted me quickly after I had submitted my cover letter and resume. The recruiter stepped through the interview process and gave a thorough and helpful description of the company and position. I was asked to do a phone interview with a senior member of the sales ops team, which helped me really understand the requirements and future expectations of the role. The very next day the recruiter got back with me and started working on a in-person interview schedule. Recruiter provided a brief bibliography on each person I was to meet. I had one hour interview with the hiring manager, a senior sales operations team member and a senior IS Director. Process was very efficient and the follow-up was immediate.
