Overall pleasant interview experience. Would give them 5/5 for efficiency on all levels, from contacting me to giving the final offer. Great company to work for, as they truly care about people.
Got in through my online application, so I would consider them proactive in hiring people through that system. But you have to definitely bring your A game to the interview, which is what I did.

Good interview process and easy to talk to HR and managers. They do a screening interview and then a technical interview with the hiring manager. Sometimes a final interview is needed

Three separate interviews and they ghosted me. Followed up after every interview with thank you emails and sent additional emails to multiple people I spoke with for a month after my last interview. Zero replies. Incredibly disappointing considering I had thought I had a great conversation with everyone. Waste of time.
