I found the job listing via linkedin. Applied on the web. Got an email back a week later saying they wanted to set up a phone interview. That went well. I then got an invitation for an onside interview all expenses paid. Onsite interview consisted of 2 contractors asking technical questions. Then met with the real bosses. Did an online skills test.
