They conducted various round on the basis of no. of candidate available for the desired position.Since very large no. of candidate appear for interview .Basically there will three round in initial screening : 1)Aptitude Test 2)Drawing Skills 3)Basic Engineering Sections. If possible they try to take all the above section& combine it for 1 hour duration test . If cleared they called you for another round "Technical Section " & then for "HR Section". If selected you have to sign a bond for a 2 year period.
