Fairly laid back but very technical interview with hiring manager and his supervisor. Interview consisted of questions regarding subnetting, change management, BGP, layer 3 switching, WAN connectivity, etc. Fortunately there were no "tell us about a time" questions, but it seemed like the tech questions were a bit advanced for a "junior" network positon. They were mostly concerned with skill sets and the amount of training necessary for candidates.
