Literally one of the worst and weirdest interviews I have ever had. Firstly, the recruiter did not put on his camera or even address why it was not on which is unprofessional. He also repeated his questions and it was clear he either was unfamiliar with the role details and responsibilities or he was simply not listening. He just kept saying, "that's fair" which isn't an active listening response to a situational question. It was all kind of odd and he was disconnected. The bottom line was that the salary was way too low for my experience so I pulled out. I would have pulled out of the process either way just based on this interaction.
