Had call with external recruiter and he setup 1st round with hiring manager from USA Pacific time. Interview was excellent and HM informed me next step would be visiting to office and giving written test and then final interview there. However after 4 days recruiter told me company decided to go with direct hire rather than from agency. Felt like company did not want to hire anyone in uk and basically opened the role to show probable client about there presence in uk. Company outlook seems negative and they removed the job advert immediately from all portals. Fortunately I did not go till offer stage so I am saved from joining such company.
