Took time to receive an offer, and much lag in the process. Takes two to three weeks to turn around an offer and this is too long, HR and recruiter were very nice and responsive about delay.

Entrevista
Started with a test on Microsoft forms. Got the interview scheduled post 1 month of test submission. On round 1 there were 2 members on panel. We started with my introduction and current role. I requested them to turn on the Camera as I was the only one on camera. They denied saying they are not comfortable. I reacted saying I'll also put off my camera. Its their protocol they mentioned and as I was not comfortable I walked off the discussion and they wished me luck.

Entrevista
The intervew consists of 4 rounds 1) 3 discuss with the team u will be working with. Mostly related to projects u have worked in past 2) Technical assignment - Asked to built one complete pipeline and submit codes and query based on KPIs The process took 2-3 weeks and at last they told the panel is on leave so profile is on hold since then no update.It was a complete waste of time. The assignment they gave asked for presentation so now all in vain
