They skimmed my resume, then immediately wrote me down for hire. The ADON at the time (who has since been fired.. though I felt this one was a decent one for a change) didn't put a lot of thought into our interview. She basically asked me the last place I worked, asked when I was available to start, then handed me over to human resources to start the hiring process. She wasn't rude, but I felt like they would give a job to just any old person who walked in, which wasn't really reassuring. Although I know I was plenty qualified, I didn't have that confidence in my co-workers, even after working with them for months on end.

Too many argument, questions, avaliation about your personal life not identify your quality of your job but talking about past and perspective future personal nothing question about your job, just a little little bit. The administration observe just young and beautiful people and not looking for your experience and bugging and quality of your job. I'm very frustrated because I miss expect another kind the administration.
