Two months of back and forth, being told I was in the lead for the role and to expect an offer... then suddenly, nothing. It appears that the recruiting department gave the wrong impression because they are very inexperienced.

They scheduled an interview very enthusiastically after reaching out to me on Linkedin, but nobody turned up to interview. Even the HRs who scheduled it went mute. Seemed a very unprofessional org, so dropped out of the process.

The interview process took one month from start to finish. The three rounds were pretty standard, with mostly behavioral questions throughout. I was also kept well informed by the recruiting team as I went through the interview process.

Entrevista
There were no timely updates from the HR team around the next rounds of interviews. I had to chase them to get a confirmation if I have been shortlisted for the next round. Despite following up, I haven't received any update from the team. If I was not being considered for next round, the team should have informed me. This is the least to be expected from a company such as Compass.
