An internal recruiter reached out and set up a phone screen before scheduling interviews with execs. I met with three execs from different departments and the exec round went well. General background and management philosophy questions. The next round of interviews included sales people and midlevel managers. One of the managers was 15 minutes late, then proceeded to rush our conversation and ask specific questions about her business that I was not prepared for. This was disappointing. After four weeks of communication and this round of interviews, there was no communication from Compass regarding the status of my candidacy. This was also disappointing.
Very straightforward, I had multiple interviews with multiple different management team. Make sure to know about budgeting and forecasting. The interviewers were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this company
Applied online. Recruiter reached out to schedule screening. Almost got ghosted at this step but he replied after my follow up email.

They are hiring a lot but doesn’t excuse not getting back to those you actually spoke to.
Very organized. Helpful recruiters. The process part was well coordinated and there were no surprises. The interviewers were also well prepared. Overall experience was positive , transparent and timely. I don' t know why we have a 30 word limit here when you can describe your experience in less than that
