The first round was a one-on-one meeting with an engineer who asked about my resume and experience (no technical questions). I didn't make it past the first round because they were looking for more hands-on experience while a lot of my experience leaned more theoretical (simulation-based projects and research). I think this is something that should have been filtered out during the resume screening but the recruiter was very helpful and timely with updates which was a positive.
