      I really wish I had taken the reviews below and on Reddit more seriously. The first round was a conversation with the EA--this part was fantastic, as she is lovely and excited, and similarly got me very excited. A "red flag" should've been that they clearly weren't sure what they were looking for, at all. The next round was a THREE AND A HALF HOUR assessment, and I'm a quick worker. It is terrible practice to have people take an assessment at this stage in the process that is so lengthy. It wasn't overly difficult, but it was a little bit all over the place. In several cases, I was asked to perform analysis without any data provided--just a few numbers, which is really unrealistic. In addition, a lot of statistical/psychometric terms were misused...another red flag. I then received a form rejection email. After the amount of time and effort I put into this process, that is absolutely Not Okay, especially for a company that prides itself on improving the recruiting process. If I seem annoyed, it's because I am. Again, I put a ton of time and effort into this process and didn't even merit a proper reply. Finally, in the white paper and website, there were repeated references to the assessment being EEOC compliant which is not even a thing.
