The interview process was very straightforward. I applied online and received an initial interview request a couple of weeks later by email. The initial interview was by phone and was very direct. The interviewer and I exchanged pleasantries and then they immediately began the questioning. After the 45 min interview they sent a skills assessment which evaluates your Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, They say it takes about three hours to complete, but this could not be farther from the truth. Expect to take longer as it is an incredibly detailed assessment. After sending in the skills assessment I was told I would hear from them soon. After about two weeks I received an email saying I had not progressed to the next round.
