I was contacted by recruiter who was generally unreaponsive and slow with responses. The entire process was a joke with poor communications throughout. The only positive I can give is that the recruiter did take the time to let me know that they were going in another direction. Otherwise, I think the hiring process is indicative of larger organizational issues. I wouldn't classify Clean Harbors as a premier employer, so I was a bit taken aback by their lack of effort.
