phone interview. Most are behavior questions, such as strength and weakness. One or two technical questions, but they are relatively easy as well. Don't be nervous and just be yourself, and I am sure you will be fine. Interview is completely based on your resume. So know your resume very very well!! And best of luck to you!!

First you have to complete an online assessment, that once completed is valid for 6 months. If you passed the assessment they schedule an in-person interview at the branch where they ask questions about your education and experiences , to tell about yourself, also role play where you need to respond using the STAR method and its also good to do a little bit of research about the bank and the credit cards they offer.

There were 2 interview processes which included one over the phone that asked generic questions and the other in person with the branch manager. Very smooth process and heard back within a week.

The interview process was hard for a teller position that wasn’t anything special. The interview was a bit rude. I was professionally dressed and have a degree in business yet she was short in wording and never got a call or email after.
