Initial applied on Cisco site. Contacted by recruiter and setup Phone screen with hiring manager. Then invitation for telepresence interview with 4 people including Hiring manager . it lasted 4 hrs. The interview relvoved mostly around my experience not technical.

Brief screening at university Career Fair, then one 1-hour on-campus interview consisted of a few not-too-technical and situation questions, about my resume, school projects, and outside experience. I was interviewed by 2 Sr. Engineers.
