Entrevista
Met with Contractor firm. Took one week. Met in person at the contracting firm location with the sr. director who was hiring. It was a very easy interview because the contract firm had per-screened me and already knew I was qualified.
Solicité el puesto a través de la recomendación de un empleado. El proceso duró 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Cisco (Raleigh, NC)
Entrevista
I spoke with a recruiter (first interview), the hiring manager and member of the team (second interview), and a senior manager.
The interviews went well, but they were looking for someone with Sharepoint experience.

The interview process was pretty standard, but very long and drawn out. In the end, I was verbally offered the role by both the recruiter and hiring manager in three separate phone conversations. After waiting for multiple weeks and my email follow-up being ignored, the recruiter let me know they would be making an offer to an internal candidate, and tried to claim they had never made me a verbal offer. The way the situation was handled was incredibly disappointing and does not give me confidence that this is a company anyone would want to work for.
Process was great. Very smooth. Interview questions were more abstract- a bit more difficult than what I am used to. 3-4 interviews to get to the last person. Recruiters email you back with their decision quickly.
