Sent me a pre recorded interview link They really talk about diversity and inclusion in their website and as their values, but trust me they judge you alot by how you look I had 4years of experience for a job role i interviewed needed 1year entry level. and the answers I gave were pretty much way beyond their expectations. seems like they want pretty face instructors for promoting their so called diversity equity and inclusion
