very thorough situational questions I would advise looking at their company website and understand what they do and why. Emphasize your team leading skills show enthusiasm for the role make your anecdotes goal oriented

Entrevista
Received a call from their HR head in the Ft. Lauderdale location to set up an in person interview with just her. After a week she called again to schedule the second round of interviews, known as Round Robin. I came in and met with two managers, one supervisor and the general manager of the Ft. Lauderdale location. It took about two hours. I then received an email saying that I didn't qualify for the position. Lots of STAR based questions.

Entrevista
Interviews are mostly situational questions to see how you handle situations. Interview consists of initial screen, then three on-site interviews with very detailed questions such as Tell me a time when you did not agree with a manager and what happened. The group of interviewers then meet and decide if you are the right fit.
