I got a phone call from HR that told gave me a home assignment in codility. there were 3 questions and I got 115 minutes for that.
I answered in IntelliJ and pasted the final answers in the Codility interface.

one of the questions was to create a function that, given a number N, return the biggest number possible when adding new digit 5 somewhere in N (for example, given 630 you'll return 6530).
the second question was, given a string S of files description in some files system (names and sizes) you need to return a new string which contains a summary of the files by types, with total files size of each size (kind of string parsing)

Felt in the director part - had a very deep understanding of security and system design flow and bottleneck.
