Interview process was quick and to the point. Intro call > project > call to the office to present the project and pitch. After going through the process I was turned down due to "management wants to hire BDE's in a different region". I felt like the entire process wasted my time and energy and the hiring manager did not even have the decency to reach out and explain what happened. I was left with a very awkward HR call as they were just as confused about turning me down as I was.
