Easy to get online interview but so difficult to do 1 on 1 interview, I have been applying for this position more than 6 month now, I do every online step, but never get a call or email to go for a face to face interview, even I have more than 4 years experience in Fashion

Phone screening within a week of applying and the interview was average, basic questions and unfortunately never heard back from the recruiter and was told to expect a call within the coming week.

You were screened by someone in Talent Acquisition and then you were scheduled for a virtual interview with the hiring manager. The process was straightforward. They prefer Microsoft teams but you can suggest other apps you are comfortable with like zoom or meet.

Replies to applications within the specified time mentioned on their website and they provide reasons on why they accept or do not accept your application hence i would recommend taking the chance and apply

It was an excellent interview with an excellent interviewer. The interview schedule was with a reasonable notice. The interview started with an introduction about the group and the nature of job, then the interviewer started asking questions.

Applied online and after a week or so I got a call from the talent acquisition team asking basic questions and a call again after few days regarding the interview. The interview was quite technical. I have done bachelors in Computer Science so I had coding language and skills listed on my resume so the CRM executive who took my interview asked me quite technical questions more from the technical end although and one for the CRM role (which I in the beginning thought would be only for the role and it caught me off guard and I got all nervous and blank) Then a month or two passed by without any rejection email and I knew I didn't get the opportunity but I got the call from Talent acquisition again letting me know that i didn't make it for that role but the guy gave a positive feedback for me so I'm getting considered for another role and that she'll send me an email for the interview once the team schedules it. ....... And it never happened! So for me this was quite a bad experience I had my hopes up and then no answer (ghosting hurts more than rejection email) and once I made up my mind, the girl from talent acquisition gave me false hopes again.

Bad communication and they push you make prerecorded video and at least you owe to thake response even by rejection and tried to concat any one by any way but no response at all bad experience

Multiple rounds with different people asking the same questions. They didn’t inform the interviewer so I had to wait for an hour for an interview that eventually got cancelled. Had a gap in my CV that they didn’t try to understand and generally had a callous attitude. Anyway I got a better job afterward

It was a simple interview process and the interviewer was nice , I was moved to the second stage but after 3 weeks was declined , overall I will surely apply again and make sure I will word out my sentences properly
