You and 4-6 other interviewees are asked questions around a roundtable by two to three moderators. The room will generally be split between college/post-college students and retirees/near-retirees. Charisma is important as only some of the older crowd and some of the younger crowd is chosen. Being genuine, knowledgeable, and on-time have proven to get the best results.

Interview process was easy and relatively quick. I met with management and also got to see the Center afterwards. My main reason for wanting to work there was because of the mission of the museum.
