Began online through Harri, which was recommended by my previous company. Was offered an interview and then went in for the lacklustre interview a few days later. Aces the interview easily (no slight to myself) but did think the interview was a bit too easy.

They approached me via linkedin and I did one interview over the phone, then one with the director of the department. I then met with the MD. All where very friendly and I felt comfortable with the process.

got contacted by a third part, an agency in the city of London. The interviewer changed in the middle of the process , he went and called a colleague upstairs (Manger) and it was now a 2 on 1 interview. It was casual and not much of tricky questions
