Entrevista
First interview was very quick and to the point. It consisted of my experience, why I was looking for a new position and what my salary expectations were. There was time for any questions I had regarding the company or position.

There were 3 stages to the interview. 1. Screened by recruiting agency. This was fairly smooth, relavent information was provided 2. Pre- interview assignment. I was given an assignment with different scenarios and asked to give a written response to them. I was not given feedback on my answers, however I was offered an interview. 3. The interview stage consisted of 4 30 minute interviews. At this point, I was a graduate with very little experience which I had made clear at the screening stage. The first three interviewers were professional, pleasant and gave me a chance to answer questions based on my limited work experience. The last 30 minute interview with the hiring manager did not go very well. She was not aware that I was a recent graduate and did not make an effort to ask me questions based on my experience. Only 5-10 minutes in to the interview she told me she had nothing to ask me, which was disappointing since I had come so far, and had made it clear from the start I did not have specific experience for the role, but certainly had transferrable skills. It was clear that I would not be considered for the role and was told ‘if this didn’t work out’ to apply for different roles, which I thought was inappropriate to disclose during the interview. The last interview felt very unprofessional and I was left feeling that I had wasted a lot of time.

The application was by far the easiest process, but after doing the application I was sent a writing prompt with examples of scenarios of potential fraud and was required to write whether or not I would escalate the account based off of transaction history. Due to my background in reviewing information of this nature and being on the front of investigations as well as assisting in conducting investigations this too was an easier process for me. From there I heard from the recruiter a week later where I was invited to interview with them. The interview went well, though it started a little behind scheduled on their end, it went well. After making it through the interview with the recruiter I was contacted a week later and scheduled for another interview with the team lead via Google Meetings. The interview went well in my opinion as I feel the conversation flowed but unfortunately it didn't go that well as I was not offered the position. I heard from the recruiter a few days after my interview with the lead as I was told they decided to go with another candidate.
