The interview process was long - 6 interviews with 3 in one day. Every single interviewer was late by at least 5-8 min (minus the phone screen) and asked the same exact questions each time. Then they ghosted. For the last year they just repost the same email marketing roles. I do not think they are genuinely looking to fill those roles - that or turnover must be very high.
