Interviewer Beware! 4 hrs worth of interviews and 2hr assessment only to be ghosted for a month before being declined an offer. Carter's moves very slow through their interview process. Mine started with a phone screen followed by an interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was "so interested" that he requested that I complete a follow-up 1hr interview with him to learn more about me. This was followed up with a 3 round panel interview by his peers. The final interview was with the VP and they all basically asked the same "tell me about a time when" questions. To finish the process, I was required to complete an assessment that took 2hours but was straight forward personality assessment. After this, I was ghosted by the recruiter for a month. (no response to calls or e-mails) only to receive a generic thank you for applying e-mail. Waste of time will not be applying again.
