Three interviews, met with the department manager, talent plus call from bonton and final interview with account coordinator and counter manager. Received a call day after submitted application. Told i would be notified if i was to be hired or not. Never recieved a call. poor quality of human resources.

Entrevista
I filled out an app in the beginning of May and was called a week later. I arrived at the defunct service center to meet in the management offices. I was led to a clean and tidy office and the interview began. It was a pleasant interview, I was asked why Carson's, How I felt about commission sales, how would I handle my down time, how would I draw customers to the counter, how would I handle fellow co workers taking my customers and for the first time ever I was asked about my Internship at a local salon/day spa. Overall I felt as if I was talking to a friend and my interview flowed well. I was told I'd hear something in a week. I waited a week and heard nothing and called back. I was told he was super busy and I would hear back in 3 days. I continued to play phone tag and yesterday I was called back and told they wanted someone more experienced in Cosmetics but I was offered a part time position in Sportswear that I took.
