The HR recruiter does the standard phone interview. Then you have a phone interview with the hiring manager. Then theres a onsite test that you have to take the day of your in person interview. The worst experience of the whole process is your forced to have to interview with your peers not the manager. Most of the people you interview with are in their late 40s and up and miserable. Most the people there have been there over a decade which is why this part of the process is bafling. Your forced to answer questions by people who would not make the cut in any other enviroment. So if your up there in age and pretend to be suburban country moron youll definately get the gig. Oh and they ask you a prepared list of behavioral questions which is a practice most companies stoped ages ago.

Behavioral job fit where the manager asks bahavioral questions and expects an answer with a specific example. Use a positive outcome where you learned something from the experience and went on to do amazing things.
