Submitted application online and received a call from a recruiter within hours. Completed the phone interview and was scheduled to continue the hiring process at one of their locations. Spent a total of 6 hours at the location and completed a 1 on 1 interview with a Senior Manager, an IQ test, a critical thinking exam, a personality test and a 1 on 1 interview with the LGM. Upon successful completion of the days activities I was scheduled to interview with the Regional Vice President at another location a week later. RVP asked a few questions and made the offer. If you are applying for a position within the organization and don't advance in the process (e.g. they tell you to come back another day to complete an exam or interview) you're done, you will not be getting the job.
