Well refined interview process . Initial phone screen followed by 4 hour zoom interview which consisted of two Job fit interviews and two Behavioural interviews. HR helped providing all the information to prepare for the interview.

Applied for the position online, heard back within a week or so. Scheduled a call with the recruiter which went well, and she advised I would hear back in just a few days. Weeks later, no update, no response, nothing.

Entrevista
The interview process was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of a candidate’s time. There was little structure to the discussion and no real opportunity to demonstrate my experience or thinking. To make matters worse, there was no follow-up afterward, which only reinforced the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. Overall, it felt dismissive, chaotic, and far below the standard one would expect for a senior role interview. Appalling behavior start to finish.
