Long interview process. First starts with several emails from different people. They let you know your are being considered, then phone interview. Invite for face to face interview and campus tour. First interview with HR person, then with a Dept Head and maybe supervisor.

First was a Zoom interview w/ recruiter. If you move in then it's two in person interviews on the same day with different hiring managers. Standard STAR format questions. They give you a tour of the campus and offices to give you a sense of the working environment.
