They called me and asked for an interview. Because it went well, it ended up being 3 interviews.
First interview was with the team manager for a software developers team. He introduced the company & himself, I got to tell about myself. He asked me about my CV, my experiences and what my role had been in them, which frameworks I knew, why I moved to Brussels, if I wanted to work abroad, and so on.
A week later I was invited for two more interviews, that would happen the same day.
Before the 2nd interview I had to fill in a "competence file", again stating all of my relevant work-and-study experiences.
2nd interview was purely technical: He asked me to describe the class structure of a software project I had participated in, he gave me two problems to solve algorithmically (writing it in code or pseudocode), and asked some further technical questions. Not any language specific questions though.
3rd interview was an HR interview. There came all the questions I thought I had successfully escaped like: my strengths, how others would describe me, why Altran, weaknesses, spare-time interests etc, etc.
All interviews were 1 on 1 and they were very friendly and made me relax. They made a good first impression.

In the last interview, she promised me an answer in 1 week (an offer or feedback on why I didn't get an offer), but it didn't come.
After 2 weeks I called my contact person at Altran and asked how the process were going. He said he would talk to them and come back to me following friday, but he didn't.
Another 2 weeks passed and still no call, so I called again. He said he would talk to them and come back to me that same afternoon, but he didn't.
I knew, of course, that this long after an interview I wouldn't get an offer, but I would have valued the feedback that was promised. After 2 days I called again, and I was determined not to give in before I got an answer. The answer was, not surprisingly, that I didn't get it. The feedback was very vague, so I asked for some more specific feedback. Time will tell if I will get it.
