Due to referral, I had 2 rounds. One for a managing Principal and another with the UK lead partner. The 1st interaction was with the HR where we just talked about my experience. Usually for a managing principal, there are at least 3 proper rounds with the final being a panel presentation to two lead partners.

I had a very positive interview experience with Capco. The entire process was well structured, transparent, and professionally run from start to finish. Everyone I met was friendly, supportive, and genuinely interested in getting to know me and my experience.
The interviewers were engaging and respectful, asked thoughtful questions, and created an environment where it was easy to have open, meaningful conversations. Communication throughout the process was clear and timely, which made the experience even better.
Overall, Capco left a great impression as a people-focused organisation with a strong culture and a well-run hiring process.

Multi-stage process. Initial screening by HR, followed by a few discussions with the leadership team on experience, including a case-study. Final interview with a couple of partners where I had to outline how can I make an impact on the firm including Business Development.
