The interview process at Capco was smooth and well-designed overall. It gave a good sense of the firm’s consulting culture and client-focus. The rounds included a combination of behavioural, case study and business/domain fit questions - all relevant to the role. Interviewers were friendly, professional and gave the space to talk through experiences and motivations.

I had several meetings with different leaders. Some interviews felt transactional while others created real connection. I'd describe it as very conversational where the questions come up in a more natural way. I did a "case" and prepared a presentation for the partner team.

Interview was 3 stage process, expectations around timelines and process for each round was very clear from the start and well documented, moved quite quickly through stages, feedback at each stage was delivered with quick turn around times, interviewers were friendly and warm, made me feel comfortable, all interviews started and ended on time, gave me enough time and opportunity to ask questions, very smooth - very good experience overall.
