It was a pretty standard and typical process. Started with a phone screen, progressed to a one-to-one with the expected drug-screen/skills assessment, and run down on benefits/salary. Besides that, I came in prepared and had ample questions to ask which I believe contributed to me ultimately getting the offer.

Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well

The interview process was very personable. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and gave good feedback throughout the interview. The interview was a good conversation, not a question/answer session. I appreciated the interaction.
Very formal with questions about customer care. Don’t need to have a medical background to apply. An interview with multiple managers makes the interview flow better and they ask different questions
