Had an HR phone interview and got a call a week later to schedule a virtual interview. After interviewing with two managers, I had a job shadow with a current underwriter to learn about the job. From there, I provided a writing sample. A week later I got a call with a job offer.

First met via a phone interview. Then did a video call with two interviewers. Followed second interview with a job shadow that was also via a video call. All interviewers were very friendly and super easy to talk to.
