Had a recruiter reach out a week after I applied online with NBCUniversal for a phone call which lasted about 20 minutes. Discussed salary, the recruitment process, shift times, my experience and so on and was asked my availability for following interviews with the recruiter incredibly positive about my application. However, a week later I got an automatic rejection with no feedback given at this stage. I found it very unprofessional especially given an in depth conversation had taken place. Unsure if I would apply again given this experience.

Very smooth. There was a writing test and then a round of interviews with different editors and producers across the newsroom. At the end they offered me the position and I accepted.

20-minute phone interview with the internal recruiter, and then a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager a week later. I was given an assessment following the second interview. The reason I gave the interview process a thumbs down is because I was completely ghosted by the company after submitting my assessment.

After speaking to a recruiter, the manager called me and asked a few questions about my experience and what I wanted out of the internship. I got the job a few days later.

Submitted an online application and received a self-recorded video interview a few days later. I heard back after a month from a producer who scheduled an interview with me the next day. Heard back after one day.

Generally the interview is pretty quick. I would say within a month everything could be confirmed. This means including first and second round of interview. The first round of interview was a phone call and second was virtual.

Applied online. Had 1 interview with the senior marketing manager. Good impressions. The role was for marketing on CNBC prime for shark tank and Jay leno. Gave it to a senior.

Applied online then did a hirevue interview. 4 weeks after I had a phone call interview and took an internship test. It was a pretty easy process and the questions were straight forward.

Overall pretty good. Applied online through NBCUniversal and had to go through a video interview first. The process took around three weeks. The interviewer did not ask many questions and talked about the details of the position for almost the half the interview.
