Interview was changed three times. No water or coffee offered. No follow up or response after the interview by the recruiter (an email would have been nice). Very disappointing for a so-called professional organization.

2 phone interviews, and one several hour in person interview as a group. The provider recruiter did the first phone interview, the medical director did the second phone interview, and in the group (in person) interview, I spoke with 2 CNO's, the medical director, and the group of providers I would be working with over lunch. It was a pleasant setting, and none of the questions asked were unexpected. I do wish there had been a bit more clarification on the next steps, and whether or not I was the right candidate. As it sits, "We'll let you know" is where we left it.
