I submitted an application and was called to set up and interview. Interview was uncomfortable as I felt my age was an immediate problem with her. Was not hired. Found out years later she hired someone much younger than I without any recruitment experience.

Two interview process. The first interview was a video interview with director. The second interview was a panel interview with the rest of the team. The team was very friendly and welcoming. Made me feel comfortable and at ease

Entrevista
Time consuming, interviewed multiple times, with several different people. Great place to work, they are great to their employee benefits are great. Explained benefits, PTO, Retirement...etc. Excited to work for TMF.
