First there is the Online application, then Online assessments, then phone interview, then assessment centre and then final interview. Assessment centre consisted of a group discussions whilst being supervised or montiored(they're assessing you like that too), and then grouo presentation, and also random group activity about what we'd each pick to survive on an island out of the items on the list (i think there was a limit you could pick) where we were meant to be stranded on the island and why we'd pick those items (basically trying to see your strategy behind it).
