Very junior people interviewing for a Senior role.
I spoke with three people there, two of them straight out of college.
The first interview was just to confirm my ID.
The second interview lasted 28 minutes and was conducted by a former Military Analyst with our any commercial experience, asking mainly standard questions.
The third interview was conducted by a person straight out of college who was probably more interested in doing Tik Tok Videos rather than interviewing for a Senior role she knew nothing about.
I found this entire process so disengaging that I sold my stock immediately after they declined my application .
I am a fan Tom Siebel but putting junior people in charge of hiring for a senior role doesn't strike me as a good idea,
