What experience do you have with AI? What is your experience with software program management? What is the offering of C3.ai products? How would you prioritise which AI use case to solve for the customer?
Long and difficult interview process. Goes through screening, written case, behavioral, two case studies and an executive interview, the most difficult being the case interviews. Overall, it took about 2 months
First Interview no one showed up at the designated time. After a round of 5 interviews they sent a congratulating email saying the interview passed, they asked for references. While I was giving the references and already scheduled a time with my references, I received another email saying they forgot I had to have another interview, to cancel the phone call with the references. After the last interview they stepped back from the previous email saying I did not pass the interview

Entrevista
Just terrible. Multiple rounds of interviews that consistently got rescheduled. Was given a homework assignment asking for sales opportunities that C3 should look into that felt like C3 was trying to use to expand their business. Had to participate in a case study that made no sense. On top of it, the recruiters and hiring manager are not allowed to talk about compensation until the very end. On top of that, my interviewers were very clear that they were not happy with C3 - they citied the inflexible RTO and middle to senior leadership that did not listen to them and tons of reports to fill out to keep their management aware of their work.
