Two interviews and tests - tests were unnecessary given the amount of brain power actually required to do the job. Interview involved the usual questions, coupled with some ridiculous management speak questions I assume they found on Google when they searched 'hard interview questions'. Easy enough for anyone with a brain to get through.

I applied online and first had an HR interview, who was straightforward and told me I was going to interview the next day with two senior people and do an editing test. The next interview was very long, about 1-1.5 hours. The first half of the interview I was asked very standard, but tricky "tell me about a time" questions and I could tell they were both reading off a script. The second half involves an editing test to check clarity, spelling, and grammar of a press release.
